Our client is a prestige International Bank. They are now seeking for a high caliber to join their team as a Senior Customer Service Officer and Phone Banking Officer in new established virtual banking team.

Responsibilities?

  • Provide excellent service to premium customers
  • Handle general service enquiry and complaints from customers via phone and email
  • Process applications and status checking for customers

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 year experience in customer related industry
  • Experience in handling clients from phone banking, Hospitality, Airline and call center is preferred
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese

*Fresh graduate with excellent language ability will also be considered

*No Selling Target
