Our Client is a leading telecommunication company in Hong Kong. They are looking for a high calibre to join their team as Quality Control Officer.
- Collect service feedback from customers
- Conduct QA interview with new customers through telephone
- Report and provide feedback to make improvement in the quality of services
- Diploma or above
- 1year experience in Customer Services/ Retail/ Quality Assurance/ Call Center
- Good representation skills
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
