Duties:

  • Manage payroll vendor process for Hong Kong and other APAC countries, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processes for the region
  • Implement HR policies and procedure ensuring compliance with local employment law and regulations
  • Act as the first point of contact for all staff queries, addressing all compensation & benefits, labour regulations, tax, MPF, visa, mobility and other HR people matters
  • Lead and support all operational matters across mobility (visa applications), tax filling, MPF and personnel files
  • Conduct and support all on-boarding and off-boarding matters for employees
  • Monitor and maintain HR data base and HR system, administrate HR data and HR systems
  • Support on all round HR activities, including employee engagement, training, orientation etc.
  • Assist and support any other HR projects

Requirements:

  • University Degree in HR, Business or relevant disciplines
  • Understanding of HR best practice with experience in HR operation and payroll within sizable MNC firms
  • You must have a strong understanding of Hong Kong labour law and regulation
  • You must be able to work with international senior stakeholders internally
  • Excellent communication in English and Cantonese is a must. Mandarin would be preferred
  • Experienced in external vendor management is a must (eg. Payroll vendor, immigration, audit)
  • Experience in using a large HR systems is a must
  • Highly detail oriented with strong data analysis ability (advanced excel skills required)
  • Experience in regional HR function is highly preferred
