- To handle customer inquiries and service request in multi-channel (like email and live chat)
- Clarify customer's complaint to resolve product or service problems
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Keep records of customer interactions
- HKDSE graduate, diploma or above in customer service or related field is an advantage
- At least 1 year (CS Specialist)/ 5 years (CS Supervisor) of experience working in multi-channel environment (telephone, email, live chat) highly preferred
- Preferably experiences in banking / finance industry
- Shift work is required (5 Day work week)
- Strong presentation skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
