Responsibilities

  • To handle customer inquiries and service request in multi-channel (like email and live chat)
  • Clarify customer's complaint to resolve product or service problems
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Keep records of customer interactions

Qualifications

  • HKDSE graduate, diploma or above in customer service or related field is an advantage
  • At least 1 year (CS Specialist)/ 5 years (CS Supervisor) of experience working in multi-channel environment (telephone, email, live chat) highly preferred
  • Preferably experiences in banking / finance industry
  • Shift work is required (5 Day work week)
  • Strong presentation skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
