Our clients are international Banks and they are seeking for experienced Assistant Manager and Manager to join their Human Resources team

Responsiblities

  • Lead a HR team to provide a wide range of human resources services, such as recruitment, employee relations and other HR related activities involved in the employee life cycle in the Company;
  • Communicate with frontline managers and employees on human resources topics and resolve employee problems
  • Work closely with the Project team and act as a business partner to achieve short and long-term objectives
  • Assist in implementing HR projects and ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirement

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines;
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in sizable organization;
  • Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance, MPF Scheme Ordinance and other HR related regulations;
  • Proficient in PC application in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager
